Your trust is very important to us. At Jharkhand Jharokha, we aim to provide the right products, good quality, and timely delivery to every customer.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Time Frame
You may request a Return or Replacement within 2 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping Cost
The return courier/shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
Products must be securely packed and sent back safely to avoid any damage during transit.

3. Eligible Conditions for Return
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Product received in damaged condition
Item mismatch with your order
Note:
We do not accept returns for:
Used products
Torn, dirty, or damaged items
Products damaged by the customer

4. Return Process
Please follow these steps:

Share your Order ID along with clear photos or videos of the product.
Our team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours.
After approval, ship the product back at your own cost.
Once we receive the item in proper condition, the refund or replacement process will begin.

5. Refund Policy
After receiving and verifying the returned product, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Refunds will be made only via UPI or Bank Transfer
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will also be processed through UPI/Bank only (not cash)

6. Replacement Policy
If you request a replacement and the product is in stock, a new item will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
Replacement is applicable only for:
Wrong item
Damaged product
Mismatched order

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Used products
Items damaged by the customer
Customized or special-order products (if applicable in future)
