By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Product Price & Delivery Charge
Each product price is displayed separately and clearly on the website.
Delivery/Shipping charges are charged separately, based on your location and order size.
The final payable amount (including product price + delivery charge) is shown at checkout before payment.
No hidden or extra charges will be collected at the time of delivery.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD service is available only for selected locations.
If COD is not available at your address, you will be required to make an online payment.
In some cases, a small additional COD handling fee may apply.

3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
In case of any delay, updates will be shared via WhatsApp or Email.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is available across India.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (may vary by location).
A Tracking ID will be provided once the order is shipped.

5. Return, Replacement & Cancellation Replacement is available within 7 days for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Used, damaged, or opened products are not eligible for return.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

6. Payments
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and COD (selected locations).
All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

7. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, images, logos, designs, and materials are the property of Jharkhand Jharokha.
Copying, reproducing, or using any content without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
Jharkhand Jharokha is not directly responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or technical issues beyond our control.

9. Right to Modify
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be effective immediately once posted on the website.
